Loan Brook is hiring Mortgage Transaction Partners. Must have 3+ years (current experience) processing loans on Calyx Point platform and Calculating Income for conventional and Non-Qm loans. Required Skills:
- 3+ current years experience with Calyx Point.
- 3+ current years experience analyzing tax returns and calculating income using SAM method forms.
- Understands the Mortgage Loan Process through closing.
- Time management skills, prioritize and ability to multitask.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills including a fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Skills:
- Familiar with general conventional lending guidelines.
- 3+ years experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor.
- Team player with a positive attitude is a must!
Compensation:
- $4,000 Monthly
- $100 per funded file bonus
- Opportunity for six figure income (based on volume)
