I really appreciated this because the broker I had before didn't do anything until I found a property and in this market, by the time I was pre-approved, the property was gone. Once I found my condo I was able to make an offer and from there, I was never waiting around for information or paperwork or anything. Zevi, Paul and Karina were in consant contact and I was kept in the loop on all steps through the loan process. Any questions I had were answered promptly and they patiently counseled me through a couple of first time buyer insecurities.
