I recently used Loan Brook to help me find a lender and finance my new condo. I couldn't be happier with their services because I was pre-approved right away... read more which helped narrow my focus on the type of property I was looking for as far as cost. I really appreciated this because the broker I had before didn't do anything until I found a property and in this market, by the time I was pre-approved, the property was gone. Once I found my condo I was able to make an offer and from there, I was never waiting around for information or paperwork or anything. Zevi, Paul and Karina were in consant contact and I was kept in the loop on all steps through the loan process.
