Job Description

Looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor. Must have 3+ years (current experience) processing loans on Calyx Point platform and Calculating Income for conventional and Non-Qm loans. You do not quote rates due to SAFE licensing restrictions. Positive attitude and proactive team player attributes are a must! We strive to provide 5-Star service to our happy borrowers on every transaction!

Required Skills:

3+ current years experience with Calyx Point.
3+ current years experience analyzing tax returns and calculating income using SAM method forms.
Understands the Mortgage Loan Process through closing.
Time management skills, prioritize and ability to multitask.
Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills including a fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Skills:

Familiar with general conventional lending guidelines.
3+ years experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor.
Team player with a positive attitude is a must!

Compensation:

$TBD hourly
$100-$200 per funded file bonus
Opportunity for six figure income (based on volume)
