10-year Treasury yield slinks to three-week low

U.S. Treasury prices rose today, nudging yields lower, as U.S. stocks continued to demonstrate signs of weakness amid persistent worries about corporate earnings and the outlook for the U.S. and global economy.  Those worries were creating an ideal environment for bonds to rally weeks after long-dated yields were near multiyear highs.
